We do not offer returns or refunds on sales events and clearance items.
For products purchased at www.revelwear.com: We accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that size tags are still intact and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns on bras, panties, briefs, and most bodysuits. All eligible returns must be accompanied with an original invoice or packing slip. All clearance items, factory 2nd's, or flash sale items are deeply discounted below what it cost's us to make them and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, all sales on these sale items are FINAL sale.
- We highly recommend using the shipping label provided. RevelWear is not responsible for lost or miss-routed returns.
We want you to be able to shop with ease and comfort of mind. We stand behind our products and want you to take a chance on them.
If you love our fabric and quality but simply need a different size, we would love to get you the right size through an exchange!
If you aren't 100% satisfied, we offer refunds with a $5 restocking fee.
- Can you refund to a different credit/debit card.
- Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
- How soon will I receive my refund for my return?
- Please allow 7-15 business days from the date your return is received for your original form of payment to be credited.
- What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
- If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com, place your order number in the subject line, and attach a photo of the damaged/wrong item you received.
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Apparel Shipping Policy:
- SHIPPING INFORMATION CAN BE UPDATED OR CHANGED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
- ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE. REVELWEAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN-TO-SENDER FEES. AS A PRECAUTION, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package.
- Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.
- NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
- USPS DELIVERIES can take between three and ten (3-10) business days.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact USPS.
- SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
- INTERNATIONAL - We do ship internationally. SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY.

- We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. It generally takes 10-12 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the USPS facility. Please note that it may take longer than 10-12 business days depending on your customs agency.
- If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. RevelWear cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.
- RevelWear is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages that were sent to the wrong address. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, RevelWear is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.
- We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur.
- Duties and taxes are due upon delivery with our standard service.
- RevelWear is not responsible for any duties and taxes imposed on your package.
- Duties and taxes are determined by your country's customs agency. Charges do not always occur, however, depending on your countries thresholds for imported goods, you may receive a duties and tax charge. Payment of any duties and taxes is the customers responsibility and these charges are generally paid for upon receiving your order. For more information regarding duties and taxes we recommend you speak with your local customs agency.If you reject your package or if it is rejected by your local customs agency we will refund you for the cost of goods *excluding shipping* once we receive the goods back to our fulfillment center.
